Good morning Besançon! Epicurism? No Contest. Besançon's Le Blog D'Une Jeune Maman (the blog of a young mother) is by any standard a most outstanding blog de cuisine. The recipes are simple and tempting, the photographs amazing and other linked blogs de cuisine are reflective of the French love of food preparation.

July, 2007: We are so excited! Finally, Charlottesville comes through. Erin's blog PAMPLEMOUSSE should make Charlottesville proud. The recipes are exquisite and the graphics top-notch. Tea Time Magazine is set to cover Erin and her partner Chris's wonderful products in its July/August issue. Bon appétit!

We in Charlottesville love food too; in fact, it is said that this town has more restaurants per capita than New York City. Gourmands can be found packed in restaurants throughout our fair City on a nightly basis, abandoning the joy of cooking for the joy of cramming. Apparently with the exception of a geek and a couple of Vegans ain't nobody in the kitchen here in Charlottesville. The opposite is true in Sistah City Besançon judging from the volume of blogs de cuisine and sites culinaires.
